Shipping policy

Glam Glimpse offers shipping to eligible addresses in the United States, Canada, Australia, and selected European countries. Available shipping options for your order and address are displayed at checkout before payment. All shipping prices below are in USD.

Shipping destinations

Orders ship from Texas, United States. Our configured shipping destinations are the United States, Canada, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Hungary, and Luxembourg. Availability for your particular address and order is confirmed at checkout.

United States and Canada

  • Economy shipping: free; estimated transit time of 8–12 business days after dispatch.
  • Standard shipping: $10 USD; estimated transit time of 6–10 business days after dispatch.
  • Express shipping: $20 USD; estimated transit time of 5–8 business days after dispatch.

Australia and the European countries listed above

  • Economy shipping: free; estimated transit time of 8–12 business days after dispatch.
  • Standard shipping: $10 USD; estimated transit time of 6–10 business days after dispatch.

Express shipping is not currently offered for these destinations.

Transit estimates do not include order processing time and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Customs clearance, carrier disruptions, holidays, and destination may affect delivery. Final available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout before payment.

Order processing and tracking

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days before dispatch. This processing time is additional to the estimated transit times above.

After an order is placed, we will prepare it for shipment and send shipping confirmation and tracking details when available. If you have not received an update or have a question about your shipment, contact us with your order number.

International orders

For shipments outside the United States, customs or import charges may apply depending on the destination. Any applicable charges will be shown at checkout when collected there; otherwise, the destination country or carrier may collect them upon delivery. Check the total presented at checkout before placing your order.

Address issues and delivery questions

Please provide a complete, accurate delivery address and contact us promptly if you notice an error. If a shipment is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, email support@glam-glimpse.shop with your order number so we can help investigate.

Returns

Glam Glimpse arranges and pays for return shipping on eligible returns requested within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending a return. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
