Return & Refund Policy

At Glam Glimpse, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

How to request a return

Email support@glam-glimpse.shop with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your request. You may also call +1 843-309-1755.

Please contact us before sending your return so we can provide shipping instructions. Glam Glimpse arranges and pays for return shipping. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Please return the item in the condition in which you received it, with any included accessories and packaging where reasonably possible. If an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with your order number and photos so we can help resolve the issue.

Exchanges

We accept size and color exchanges. To request an exchange, contact support@glam-glimpse.shop or call +1 843-309-1755 with your order number and the size or color you would like. Please contact us before sending the item back. Glam Glimpse arranges and pays for return shipping and pays for shipping the replacement item.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will email you with the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 calendar days after receipt and inspection of your return. We also refund the original shipping charge. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to make the funds available. If you have not received confirmation of your refund within this timeframe, please contact us with your order number.

Order cancellations

You may request to cancel an order within 15 minutes of placing it. Email support@glam-glimpse.shop with your order number as soon as possible, or call +1 843-309-1755. If that window has passed, contact us to discuss your options. You may still request a return under the terms above.
